This is our signature training program to get you stronger, move better and look awesome. Here, we focus on building an individualized approach, one that respects your unique physiology, lifestyle and needs, in a small group setting.
In an optimized approach to strength and conditioning, we are able to formulate specialized training to accelerate you towards your goals and prescribe personalized prehabilitation to address your weaknesses and limitations.
You will get high-level barbell training, challenging metabolic conditioning workouts and advanced strength trainings to achieve the physique and performance of your dreams. This will be done with a squad (up to 3 others), where you will definitely receive the camaraderie and boost from working out together.
We recommend 1-on-1 training for beginners starting their fitness journey, athletes returning to sport after a long layoff/injury or serious athletes that desire serious progress.
Every individual is unique with different goals, lifestyle and physiology. A personalized approach allows us to achieve the greatest efficacy and safety and make continuous progress.
We understand that personal training may not be accessible or financially sustainable for everyone. Hence, we also provide Individual Program Design for athletes who can move well and have the competency to follow a written online program. Many of our athletes make tremendous progress and move on to using a blend of Individual Program Design with periodic personal training sessions for movement assessment and technique consultation.
